Yeon Ah Nim gave a powerful testimony of her struggle to overcome despair after being kicked out of Cheong Pyuong and moving to Pennsylvania.  She gives God the credit of pulling her out of the pits of hell through her constant singing praise songs and worshiping God.

In Hyung Jin Nim's recent series, he has focused on developing a deep personal relationship with God.  His ministry is NOT about gaining members but helping people grow in their understanding of a personal God that wants us to be close to HIM.

At the beginning of the service Hyung Jin Nim asked Richard to give a report about the previous week.  Richard strongly chastised Bishop Kim for his attempt smear Hyung Jin Nim.  He also pointed out how the FFWPU leaders really don't believe the new theology being pronounced by Mother.

I take extreme umbrage to Bishop Kim’s statement that Hyung Jin Nim was fired by Mother because he did not understand True Parents!  That is utter nonsense and blatantly false.   Bishop Kim should be ashamed of himself and immediate step down as a representative of FFWPU and Mother.

Hyung Jin Nim was at True Father’s side day and night in Father’s final years.  Why?  Because Hyung Jin Nim was the one who truly did understand Father and his heart.  That is why Father made Hyung Jin Nim and Yeon Ah Nim his heirs.  To imply anything other means that Father was a fool and Hyung Jin Nim was just playing some political game.

I was in Korea when Hyung Jin Nim had his “Come to Father” moment.  Up to then I would have described Hyung Jin Nim as a filial son.  But upon his “Seven Deaths and Resurrections” realization, Hyung Jin Nim became a born again Unificationist realizing that Father had died for his salvation and the salvation of the world.  This is stuff you can’t fake.  Anyone who has been watching Hyung Jin Nim can see that he professes his need and love for True Father. From that moment until now Hyung Jin Nim’s main focus has been to uphold True Father’s love, lineage and legacy.

Hyung Jin Nim tried desperately to work with Mother and help her keep her proper position as Bride of Christ. But she threw Hyung Jin Nim under the bus as she began to desecrate True Father’s legacy.  

Bishop Kim, how dare you say that Hyung Jin Nim did not understand True Parents!

This sermon clearly differentiates between the vision Hyung Jin Nim and Kook Jin Nim have for the coming Kingdom of Heaven and that of FFWPU. I found this so exciting!

For years the Cheon Il Guk has sounded like a dream vision where everyone gets along, where people and nature live together as envisioned in a Watchtower tract. This is nothing against the Jehovah Witnesses, but that vision just doesn’t seem real. Nice but not substantial.

What makes this sermon great is the Sanctuary view of freedom and responsibility in God’s kingdom. It seems realistic and solid. The constitution that was just declared by them clearly promotes life, liberty,and the pursuit of a joyful life. I want to be a citizen of the kingdom that Hyung Jin Nim and Kook Jin Nim are working towards.
